- How much is a service? Prices start from £5 for children's scooters, and £8 for adult-sized scooters.
- Can you repair any issue? I will do my best to diagnose and repair the problem. I will conduct a full inspection and advise on whether the issue can be fixed.
- Do you fit solid tyres? Yes, I can fit solid tyres to some makes and models.
- Do you use genuine parts? I use genuine and equivalent-standard parts in my repairs.
- Do you always have parts in stock? I carry some parts, but if a repair requires any additional components I will source them in a timely manner.
- Will remapping void my warranty? Warranties vary, so please check your scooter's own warranty, as it may state that altering the scooter's performance may invalidate it. Continuing with the remap is done at the owner's risk.
- How long will repairs take? It depends on the extent of the repairs needed and how busy I am, but where possible I aim to have you scooter back to you within a day.
- How can I pay? I accept payment via BACS transfer or cash.
